6. my dog is almost 13 and he is a 5 year cancer survivor |
so its like he's been rescued twice. Cancer privileges are irrevocable, so he's pretty spoiled, but I enjoy treating him like a king and I don't take a single day of his life for granted.

7. my dog is the sweetest. she's very high energy |
yet she's able to keep a lid on it when she needs to. I was really sick the other day, and she stayed in bed with me pretty much all the day and night, and made no demands whatsoever. I managed to get her food and take her out minimally but that was it. She's asleep on her spot on the sofa next to me right nowO8)

8. Ohhh, I love my "little girl" so much it hurts to scold her! |
She tore through the box of doggie treats from the grocery bag while waiting for me in the car this morning--ate about half of them and left debris everywhere. She has these opportunities from time to time, but rarely takes advantage.. I caught her lurched over the drivers seat in the act and she KNEW-- before I even opened my mouth-- that her "goose was cooked." But, beyond yelling "bad girl" a few times, I couldn't do anything but try to ignore her for an hour or so. In this case, it really DOES hurt me, more than it does her! I couldn't wait to "forgive her" and give her a big hug.
