"Entertain me" she says. I dig up some kiddie songs from the recesses of my memory - to entertain her with. I've had Itsy, Bitsy Spider going through my head for DAYS. DAYS! ACK! At least today, I was able to pretend Etta James was singing it, so it was jazzed up a bit.
I'm going to get you, Progmom. That's a promise.

and if we make it a GOP Elimidate special like RA's, he won't be nearly as pissed as Progmom herself.
Radical Activist is going to have Ann Coulter, Condi Rice, and Lyndie England, plus one yet to be determined. Who would the appropriate male Elimidate contestants be? Hmmm. Sean Hannity, Tom DeLay, Rick Santorum, and Dick Cheney. Regardless of her itsy bitsy spider crimes, Progmom couldn't possibly deserve that kind of torture.

The worst is when we write what we think are funny threads and the person referred to isn't around to join in on the fun. It makes it seem nasty, rather than what it is intended as: simple juvenile ribbing.
I suppose she's celebrating Easter with her family. Happy Easter Progmom! :hi:

I was disappointed that sundog wasn't one of the choices. If I'm going to date someone other than my husband, I want it to be a gay man in a warm climate with a cool club/restaurant!! :P

It was a spin off on the Elimidate ribbing FarceofNature and I inflict on Radical Activist. It's been a source of great hilarity, and he enjoys it thoroughly.

14. See, now you've got Etta James singing Row Row Row Your Boat in my head. |
|
Maybe I'll switch to Billie Holiday singing that. Yeah. That's disturbing. :scared:

The latest obsession at my house? They Might Be Giants ABCs DVD. My kid loves it. And it's so much better than 99% of the crap out there for toddlers.

22. I only get exposed to the kiddie stuff when I visit friends/relatives |
|
My first exposure to Barney was when I was babysitting my cousin's daughter. "If she acts up, put in this tape." It was like a drug. Scary.

24. I know there wasn't as much TV geared toward kids when we were young |
|
but it sure seemed to be of a higher caliber. Nothing wrong with a little Sesame Street or Mr. Dress-up. You're right though, TV should be a treat.
