Mine is a steaming bowl of Cream-of-Wheat topped w/fresh blueberries and a side of yogurt. Ahhhhhhh!

anything. Because as far as I know the prefix "Country" means smothered in gravy.

Like the Country Breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns (the shredded kind, not deepfried), perhaps bacon strips or sausage patties, cheddar cheese and a biscuit smothered in sausage gravy with some extra cheese on top and lots of pepper, maybe some Frank's Red Hot and some toast on the side.

Even though I can almost feel my arteries hardening when eating it, I agree with you, Richardo. Biscuits and cream gravy and sausage patties (NOT the links) are the best. Yum!! :-)
