Favorite 'stick-to-your-ribs' breakfast?

Mine is a steaming bowl of Cream-of-Wheat topped w/fresh blueberries and a side of yogurt. Ahhhhhhh!

and a s/f Carnation Instant Breakfast

protein, protein, protein, and just for good measure, some protein.

Got hooked on that whilst in the Army.... My wife thinks me crazy, but YUMMM!

anything. Because as far as I know the prefix "Country" means smothered in gravy.

Like the Country Breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns (the shredded kind, not deepfried), perhaps bacon strips or sausage patties, cheddar cheese and a biscuit smothered in sausage gravy with some extra cheese on top and lots of pepper, maybe some Frank's Red Hot and some toast on the side.

Even though I can almost feel my arteries hardening when eating it, I agree with you, Richardo. Biscuits and cream gravy and sausage patties (NOT the links) are the best. Yum!! :-)

7. I made it this morning

Flapjacks, eggs with cheese and a couple of hot italian sausages

I had my jacks with Mrs Butterworth syrup
