What would be a good price for a 1970 Gran Torino with 32K original |
|
I am trying to get my husband to SELL that damned car.. It was his mother's, and he seems to think that "someday" he will actually get me to go along with registering and insuring that behemoth..
It's in decent shape, but being ungaraged for all thses years has done a number on the paint.

1. How long has it been since it's been registered? |
|
If it's been many years, you might be in for a shock. It might cost more to pay the back taxes than you can sell it for. Whatever you do, don't sell it without telling the buyer that it hasn't been registered for awhile. It happened to me once (as a buyer).. I would have had to sue if the owner hadn't given my money back.

2. We brought it from Kansas after she passed away |

It's been here for ages, but never registered in CA.. They would have no real way of knowing "when" we brought it here:)
