I've been walking back to work again as part of my recovery regimen.
I'm back down to 212 from 223 pounds, but have noticed an increasing weakness in my arms - which seem to look skinnier than ever. My belly is just as bloated too. Yuck. That with constant fatigue and sweating hard when I take like 5 steps... I think something's wrong. I know my diet is fine but what else could be happening? I know of my B12 issue but I am taking supplements (which if I forget to take even 2 days I'll really feel like crap...)
Thx!

Could be anything. You've given few details, but from what you have, it could be diabetes.

I know I have occasional problems with low blood sugar though...

4. Doctor time. Immediately. |

I don't know what your known health problems are, but in women, arm weakness, that sweating and fatigue, are signs of heart problems. So, off to the doc with you.
