12. I wouldn't fuck her with her OWN dick!
Hey, somebody had to say it

Seriously though, I never found "her" remotely attractive even before she opened her mouth. And certainly less so after.

I have a weird anti-Oedipal thing about not liking blondes (mom + sis = blonde); I don't like anorexics (women are SUPPOSED to have a certain amount of curvature, dammit); and as far as I'm concerned what's INSIDE is more important than what's outside.

Southern women are more comfortable being shapely.
Out in California it's either starve or purge.....

Still haven't quite culturally adjusted, and it's been 19 years now...

On edit: Looked at your profile. to your taste in literature...Wallace kicks ass. IJ is THE great novel of the '90's, IMO.

21. Those are my 2 all time favorite books...
I think IJ offers a profound commentary on our current lifestyle.
I'm originally from the south (Texas), so I went through the culture shock as well, just vice versa....

22. That's what the BEST novels do, though.
Present a fictionalised funhouse-mirror version of the world we live in...another in that category (one of MY favourites) is "Gravity's Rainbow", by Thomas Pynchon. If you haven't read it, I recommend it highly...not for everyone, but if you like Wallace there's a good chance you'll like this.

Are both on my list....I have Mason & Dixon in line.....

25. I'd recommend GR and "The Crying of Lot 49" before "Mason & Dixon".
And skip "Vineland". Even people I know who LOVE Pynchon hate that book.

27. Thanks for the additions.....
to my book list.
Now I guess it's off to bed and that reading....
I'm trying to finish "Choke".....but i'm also reading "My Life",
and a couple magazines, so Choke is often relegated to the back burner

28. Have to say I'm not too fond of Pahlaniuk.
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 04:23 AM by Spider Jerusalem
He seems to keep recycling the same basic plot.It was cool in "Fight Club"; less so the third or fourth time around. And a few of his books ("Invisible Monsters" in particular) have been so bad I couldn't bring myself to finish them.

A friend of mine said the same thing.
But it's like a battle to me.....I will win against this book kinda thing.....a bit neurotic I guess, but there you go...

23. Totally separate from her politics, she is NOT an attractive woman.
Edited on Thu Mar-31-05 04:14 AM by Ruffhowse
She's got one of those long, horsey kind of faces, her nose is too big, and it's a bad dye job on the hair.

26. they lust after her. that's why they discuss her so much
I'm certain of it. It's an S & M thing. :spank: :loveya: :spank:

Naturally they don't admit it. My guess is that if you did a key word search under names of particular Republican women, hers would be by far the most commonly sited. Why? She's not influential. She's just loud and unpleasant. I think they secretly want her.

30. NO.
I don't find her attractive physically and especially not attractive personality-wise. I'll resort from making the "Man Coulter" jokes (even though it's obvious there's enough material there to work with), but her look doesn't appeal to me. She's either bullimic or "Ann-orexic" (hardy har har har), and the starving blonde crack whore chic thing doesn't even register a twitch in my crotch region.

I have a theory that the darkness in her soul is also slowly eating her away physically, and in a few years she'll resemble Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars.

34. Her only asset is a great head of hair................
beyond that........nothing. I'm told a great head of hair is nothing to base a relationship on.
The rest of her is grotesque. Mind and body, both.
You'd could really hurt yourself from all of the sharp edges on her.
