Chicken rolled in bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and onion and pan-fried in a little olive oil, with pasta-roni garlic style (amazingly yummy, actually) and some cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Good stuff, and easy!

21. Take out Chinese..
Cashew chicken that the SO won't eat, sesame chicken for me, egg rolls, and steamed dumplings all from the dumpy little take-out place at the end of the block. I wish we could find decent Chinese here in Birmingham.

22. Chocolate chip cookies.
Well, not really, but you'd think so walking in here now.

My husband had a class tonight, so he stopped at home for a quick sandwich between work and school. The kids and I decided to make chocolate chip cookies, which are now cooling on the counter.

I'll probably have a salad and a glass of wine.
