Ladies, would you marry a gay guy? |
|
Edited on Sun Apr-03-05 06:48 PM by HypnoToad
Inquiring minds want to know!
Under any circumstances? Or is it an outright 'no'?
(Noting how the "Ex-Gay" cult seems to group G's and L's together instead of a G and a S (straight) or a L + S, I've to wonder what true hetero women would think of marrying a gay guy, or ex-gay guy...)

BTW, there is no such thing as an "ex-gay" guy. That's RW nonsense.

8. Would you give up men for me? |
|
This is hypothetical anyway since I am married. I certainly wouldn't want what happened to one of my high school teachers to happen to me: He was gay and eventually his lover moved in with them. Ex gay? Homo leaning bi who happened to fall in love with me? Honestly, I would be afraid that he would eventually want to be with guys again. Perhaps dating several years and having a great relationship would convinve me otherwise though. One of my female friends married a gay guy who had previously only had relationships with men before we started dating her. She seemed to be attracted to gay guys, but she had her heart broken when they told her that they wouldn't "convert" for her, before she met her husband who had been dating one of her gay guy friends at the time. They've been married 4 years.

Well, I've been without men... I'd rather have somebody as a companion and I get along better with women anyway, in terms of discussion.
Doesn't matter, really... I don't see that happening either. :D

If he was younger than me, good looking, we were the best of friends, he would be my escort to things I wanted to do, wouldn't share my bed, AND he was LOADED! So, hell, why not?
Marriage for companionship is valid, too.

18. i have loved gay guys before |
|
but not in the marrying way ... i lived with one in college and we did a lot of kissing once, but that's as far as that went (he was a great kisser, btw). we were just very VERY close, but not in a romantic way, nor in a brother/sister way ... it is really hard to describe. it's definitely a complicated type of love.
