SNOW DAY!! SNOW DAY!! SNOW DAY!! I've got a SNOW DAY!!! |
|
I haven't had a day off from work in so many years for snow and to have one April 11! hee, hee, hee!
Of course, I had to get up at 5 AM to find out and double/triple check and now I can't go back to sleep. The pup is starting to stir, too, so I have a feeling we are park-bound as soon as it is light. Over a foot out there (and closer to 2 feet where I was headed for work). And, tomorrow it will be all but gone!

1. Are you in the mountains? |
|
I'm in NH, and we usually have a snowstorm in early April, but we were spared this year. Enjoy your day--go play in the snow!

further west (I work in Golden in the western foothills).
This storm was centered on the front range (Colorado Springs all the way north to Fort Collins and now extending east towards the Kansas line). Spring storms often have this pattern.
