Bankers Life> Anyone familiar with this company? |
|
I have tried to call their offices to speak with someone, a human being, and can only get a message telling me to dial an extension or leave a message. I've never encountered insurance companies that do business this way before.I even tried calling the numbers for other states offices, the same. Is this common? Is this company a sham?
Thanks.

1. Banker's Life has been a reputable company out of Chicago |

I have relatives who work for them. However, its sounds like they have some really sucky customer service! http://www.bankerslife.com/Web/AboutUs-Timeline.aspx

3. It is not just Bankers Life anymore |

It seems every time I call a company I get the phone message run around. Just try calling Social Security! Talk about frustration, they are the pits.

4. I've never had this happen other than with utilities or tech support. |

Any other company has just said hold for operator and someone has always come on to direct my call. Just seemed weirder than usual. And social security even had someone if you held on long enough!
