However, in medivial times they were thought to be consorts and familiars of witches, if that counts.
Our cats acts strangely enough at times that I wonder what she is seeing the we don't see. Maybe she is haunted by the ghosts of all those mice.

That when I die I am definitely going to hang around and haunt them. I can see it now... making things go bump in the night and the like. Come to think of it, they act like they already "can" see ghosts or at least they see things I do not. *grin.
