Bizarre and kind of creepy.

Ok so I have a laptop and my DSL connection goes through a wireless router, right?
The DSL box and the router have this yellow cable that connects them and the cable has to be plugged into the second outlet on the router or else my laptop doesn't connect to the internet.

So I'm sitting here typing in a search for song lyrics and then my page won't load. So I try DU, won't load either then I see I some how disconnected.
So I lean over and look at the router and DSL box and I see the yellow cable is in the first outlet on the router, not the second outlet. And I didn't move it. :wtf:


So how in the fucking hell did it change? :scared:

One night a friend and I were running through some songs on our guitars and we were using the same amp. all the sudden the amp turned off, and then turned back on, and then off, and then on. We sat and watched the switch go up and down.

32. I had a similarly odd occurrence last week.....

My DVD/CD player has ALWAYS been plugged into the DVD jacks on my receiver. Always. The wires are all behind my very heavy TV up against the wall - nobody can even get back there without a lot of trouble.

Last week I tried to play a CD. I turned the receiver to DVD, and nothing - no sound. I tried playing a DVD - again, no sound.

After futzing around for an hour, I tried all the different input settings. I set it to CD input and - shockingly - it's playing my DVDs and CDs.

Baffling.

40. i came home one time, ad a lock i didn't have a key for was locked

on the front door...my landlord at the time(Marilyn Miglin) denied up and down that she or anyone who worked for her had been in my apt....but she had to send her asst. ver with a key to open it for me.
