Anyone else doing the Atkins diet? I am doing it again after many years. |

I suddely realised that none of my good clothes fit and I am determined to get back into them! Anyone else doing this diet?

Works really well if you stay under 20 carbs a day and drink a good bit of water.

Depending on your weight and age, it can really shock your system and mess you up. Look at the "Zone" Diet. It's a pain in the ass but it is highly sustainable...or just get some new clothes. It's Spring!

but didn't like it much so now I just do a little exercise and drink a lot of water and watch what foods I eat. :shrug: I don't care too much for it.

And did lose weight while I was on it.
I didn't care for it personally because it places so many restrictions on what you can and can't eat.
It's a good way to drop lbs quickly though.
