My partner and I found a really great house. It's bigger and better and less expensive than our current house. We start moving in May 15th. Yay!

Now she's trying to move them on the other side of the closet but I found one in a shoe. So cute, they were born April 12 and are have little peepy eyes that are just opening. Two orange, one grey, one Calico, and one creamy with a big ole head. (Tweety?)

we are finally on the mend.

I was sick, and both kids were sick. Moms don't get sick days.

Oh, and I was washing clothes today and found a $20 in a pocket that I had completely forgotten about. :D

17. Three weeks ago.....

my Dr told me I had lung cancer based on chest x-ray, but good news is that it appears to be a relatively small nodule and could be removed surgically....bad news is that I cannot have surgery as I also have congestive heart failure!! Oh well...cancel Xmas.

Yesterday I get a call to inform me of Cat scan results...NO CANCER detected and nodule more likely to be from mild emphasema!! So I called my grandaughter (6yrs old) and asked "What did you ask Papa to get you for Xmas this year".

Goin shopping tomorrow!

19. I adopted out 2 dogs from my rescue this weekend.

One was a puppy (pretty easy), and the other was a long timer. She's a red-nose bull dog, spitting image of a pitbull, so many folks backed away from adopting her. She's in a new home with a mom, dad, 2 girl human siblings and 4 cats (who she loves). Great dog that came from a REALLY bad situation.

20. In the back window of my car I have a bumper sticker that reads:

"He's not MY president." Yesterday at a stop light, the woman in the car behind mine spotted it, started smiling broadly, and then gave me a big thumbs up! I always watch to see if people react, and when I saw her, I gave her thumbs up in return...It was awesome...Made my freakin' day!

22. Congrats on your house! That's great news!

My own good news is that my store is almost put back together after having a drunk driver plow into it three weeks ago yesterday. We had the *best* construction company ever rebuild the whole front of the place. Our windows are back, our display ledge in the front looks better than it did before the accident, and today we're waiting for our new fixtures to arrive. We're just about back to normal.

Those guys did an AWESOME job. :toast:
