"The Interpreter" is a good film |
|
Nicole Kidman is riveting...Sean Penn good, plot keeps you guessing.

1. I'll have to add that one to the list. |

Kingdom of Heaven Revenge of the Sith The Interpreter
Looks like I'll be making more than my fair share of trips to the theater this month.

3. It hasn't been very well reviewd, and I wonder if that is in retribution |
|
for the film's message, which is pacifist and pro-UN.

4. Explain the last scene to me |
|
Why are they in the location where they are. It makes absolutely no sense.

that was the worst movie I have seen in years. Sean Penn does a pathetic acting job. Nicole Kidman was good, but since she had zero chemistry with Sean Penn, the romance of the whole thing failed miserably. As for the action... the climax of the movie is the most horrible anti-climax ever. Its way to long, and frankly I stopped caring after about the first hour. The twist will leave you thinking, "Wait. I paid $10.50 for that??"

I think there may be a couple of opinions on this film...it's not an Oscar, but enjoyable and certainly not boring.

But I guess liberals have to love the movie since its loosely UN-based. :)

11. My liking it didn't have much to do with a pro or con UN view |
|
I never think of respecting the UN as a liberal or conservative viewpoint... unless some freeps want to make it divisive.
