Crawfish sausage Po-Boy; Pheasant-Quail-Andouille Jazzfest gumbo; Alligator Pie; Crawfish Enchilada; Oyster-Artichoke Soup; Pecan Catfish Meuniere; Catfish Almondine; Fried Eggplant with Crawfish Sauce; Sausage-Pepperoni-Mozarella Suffed Bread; or how bout a combo of Alligator Pie, fried green tomato and stuffed shrimp and on and on and on and don't forget dessert. Its raining right now but the forecast is beautiful for tomorrow.

2. I've missed it since 01 due to back surgery

this year we passed thru too early for jazz fest...*sniff* but I still had the BEST oyster po boyoutside of Mobile with Trof, his wife and Misunderestimator...and had my gumbo in New Orleans...didn't get my etouffe tho...
