5. I never really hallucinate, no matter what I'm on

Shrooms, acid, or even really good pot, I just never see anything that's not really there. Stuff blurs and turns different shades, but that's just my eyes playing tricks on me. My inner critic ruins a lot of my drug experiences because it always keeps me from getting lost in the trip and keeps me rooted in "Oh, that's doing that because of this, it's cool".

Winamp visualizations are ok, but what's really good are those 3-D paintings. Those are great when you're tripping.

Grow up? I assure you, this isn't some adolescent drug trip, I'd even go so far as to characterize myself as a seasoned vet at this point in my life.

And what does maturity have to do with drugs? I have the means, and the free time, so I decided to do some acid. How does that make me immature? Perhaps if I restricted myself to the rigid framework of government anti-drug propaganda, wherein illegal drugs were only taken by sad, disillusioned teens who were doing to cope or out of peer pressure.

I'm an adult, and I like to ingest mushrooms and acid once in a while, and I have no qualms with admitting that.
