Here in Tuscaloosa, the local paper, which is fairly liberal, gave him a thumbs-up, because of his supposed integrity. But that was before the Republican Attorneys General revelations.

I don't know for sure if the Democrats are trying to get him disbarred. Getting him disbarred is a move I would try if I was in the Senate.

I hope the Democrats in the Senate will filibuster him FOREVER. Well, at least until noon on 01/20/05, when we will inaugurate a DEMOCRATIC president and start straightening this country out.
