DID IT AGAIN! SOB plumbers shut water off for whole complex! |

WITHOUT TELLING TENANTS HE'S DOING SO, AND I HAVE TO SHOWER AND SHAVE BEFORE GOING TO WORK! I called my slimebag, repug, robber-baron landlord and he basically said "Tough Shit". FUCK! Its been hot & humid here of late and I need to be clean and smell decent for work! Fucking Assholes!

Tenants Association for some advice about the legality of this. Most states have laws clearly spelling out the procedures for shutting down access to utilities, even temporarily.
