2. I lost 40 pounds the last time I did this |
|
And I never gained it all back, so this could help I think.
I will lessen the fruits and increase the veggies as I wean my body from its sugar addiction.
Will replace the French bread with whole grain types. I don't have a name for this, but it keeps a balance, is low-fat (which works better for me than low-carb), and keeps me feeling full at a minimum of caloric intake.

that's A LOT!
I've dropped about 20lbs in the past three months-- partially due to med changes, and partially due to eating habits. I've reduced my portions substantially and started eating more fresh foods. I've also moved my big meal of the day to lunchtime, so that I don't gorge myself at night when I come home from work.
That, and I moved to a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, where all my basic needs are not more than 10 blocks away. That and the good weather we've had lately make it easy to go out and walk every day.

7. I would guess half was water weight |

The next step is to increase my activity, which means getting my ass away from this computer. We have a pool here at our townhouse complex, which is one method...
It IS a good idea to eat more during midday. Good luck on your journey!
