Seriously, they can be inconsistent. But when they get the sandwich correct, it is SO correct.

;)

1. Is that the place from Office Space?
Where Joanna worked? Or am I thinking of Flingers?

3. Alas....we are not so fortunate as you are, my dear Floog....
I do not believe that these exist out here on the Left Coast....

It sure looks yummy, though!

I'll just bet you love to eat them, huh?

Enjoy!

8. We *had* one
It was a dump. Filthy. I'm told the food was nasty, I never got up the courage to see. When they closed the building was torn down.

I never understood how that place hung on as long as it did, there's a Togo's and a Subway on the same block and a Blimpie a block down. All are tidy and I'm told any one makes a better sandwich. Certainly Togos does, I'm pretty sure they're laced with drugs or something, 'cause I'm addicted.

12. There is one about a mile from me.
But have never tried anything there. Mainly, because I am a vegetarian, so they have nothing that I would eat.

13. I love their soup.
The only problem is no refills. The hot keg of Wisconsin Cheese Creamy Goodness is right there, and I'm not allowed refills.

Fuckers.

when I lived in L.A. There aren't that many of them around Mass. that I know of, though, and the ones that are here aren't close.

Used to go there once in a while, but wasn't all that horribly impressed. I thought the sandwiches look better than they taste.

I think they are in bankruptcy protection right now.

21. My husband took me there once, but I thought it was extremely meh.
I'll take either Subway or Quizno's (which aren't great) over Schlotzky's.

Is there a particular sandwich that you find extra good there?

24. I have never been there
When I was on Weight Watchers, you can buy a booklet that lists the points(basically a measurement of fat, calories and fiber)of major restaurants.

I remember all of there food being what I could eat calorie wise in two days. So, I'm sure they are good, but I always drive by the place because I don't need an extra ass cheek.

26. The one close to me closed about 4 months ago
The Reuben was really good. The sides there are WAY overpriced considering they seem like something scooped out of Sysco or Gordon Food Service cartons. I always got the Reuben on Sourdough, didn't care for their idea of rye.

28. There's one two blocks from where I work.
It's great. And I prefer Schlotzky's about 10,000,000 times over Quiznos and Subway.
