BREAKING: 2 levees re-break in New Orleans!
I was STUNNED! CNN just reported that 2 of the repaired levees in the 9th ward have just re-broken and water is raising in that area at 5 to 10 inches per minute! At least that's what the reporter stated in his report moments ago.

They also said that they did not expect the levees to break again this soon.

Here we go again!

3. So do I.
I hope Galveston is ready. If they're not...they're going to have a disaster on their hands.

7. It's an overtopping. That is, too much water for the levee to hold.

8. Daryn Kagen doesn't understand what is going on. She keeps
using the term "break" and "overtopping" synonymously. It's an overtopping.

12. It sucks but it is a hurricane
At least this time they were more prepared. From what I remember, they have most people out of New Orleans right now.

15. Bush administration diverted money from the levies to the war
in Iraq, and contributed to the disaster. Then the incompetent boob can get the levee fixed and it happens again. If we don't impeach the idiot soon, we will all be swimming in sewage.
