Anyone want to cook me a meal? |
|
The only solid food I've had since Monday is some crackers and a couple of pieces of toast. I'm a little hungry, but I just don't have the energy to make anything.
I'm so pathetic.
Feel free to inspire me.

But JimmyJazz would leap in with her usual bitchy comments about British food - I laugh at the outwardly, but inside I
That aside, the only practical assistance I can really give is to point out that food reciprocates love; if you show a little bit of love to the assortment of meat, vegetables &c. which you push around the pan, they will show love back to you by making themselves taste super-yummy.

Roast Beef & Yorkshire Puddings sounds totally yummy, or even Shepherd's Pie.
...Sadly, they all sound like too much work.

11. A roast is damn easy. |
|
The trimmings are less so, but still can be done - though a roast dinner for one person is not as good, you really need a good lump of meat for about six people.

I even had to go to the ER to get some fluids. The first bag of IV fluid emptied with alarming quickness.

22. As with most of your friends, my dear yvr girl....... |
|
Even though I'm in the same time zone that you are...I'm still too far away to be of any real assistance....alas.....
Eggs sound like a good idea...also, do you have any canned soups or frozen fish filets or chicken breasts on hand?
You can use your microwave to thaw these..and then pop some soup over the top, and into the oven for an hour or a little more...voila!
A yummy and fairly easy dinner...
Or perhaps you could have some food delivered? I know you have a lot of restaurants in your neighborhood...maybe they could be helpful today.......
If I were in your neighborhood, I'd be over in a FLASH!
:loveya:
