We hardly ever eat meat but my daughter wants to take a turkey sandwich in her lunch. I don't like buying the processed meats so I decided to buy a turkey breast and cook it myself and make the sandwiches from it. How the heck do I cook the thing? Wrap it in foil? What temperature and for how long? What about seasonings? Butter or oil?
Any help would be appreciated!

You probably don't have a smoker, that is the Very best way.
So, lather the breast in butter season to taste with salt pepper season salt whatever you like ( I like Ms.Dash) and bake in a Baking Bag (you can buy them in the store) 325 degrees. Time will depend on size. About 15-20 minutes per lb. The bag will keep it moist during baking and seal in the flavor
Good luck
