Why oh why oh why
Did I take my children shopping? Five minutes into the excursion, I was ready to run screaming from the store.

2. Muzzles and leashes
I swear....Once we got home, the boychild was acting normal again. In the store, running, picking on his sister left and right, asking if we could go YET. I suppose I need to be spanked, after all, I was in Wal-Mart. Before I get flamed for shopping there...there is no Costco anywhere near me, and I needed an oil change and groceries.

6. Yeah...I can't much afford anywhere else
I love the looks I get when the kids are acting like hellions, then I whip out my food stamp card to pay.

3. I took my boyteen grocery shopping last week
and he was downright obnoxious. I got him back, I went out of my way to embarrass him in front of his friends.

5. Well...Mine had asked for a friend to spend the night
I had agreed, but called the friend after we got home to cancel the event.

7. Ouch
My boyteen ran around the store yelling, "You are not my real mom!" as a joke. It was funny the first 3 times, then I lost patience.

11. LOL
I tend to ask my kids questions like "Who are you, and why do you keep following me?" when they act like they did tonight.

He was trying to run her down with the basket. When he would stop it, she would intentionally stop without warning, right in front of him, and stick her butt out. When she got bumped, she carried on like she was dying. He was hungry, he wanted McDonald's. I kept telling them we would eat at home. He was acting like a wild child for an hour and half. I'm so glad Bill Maher is on in twenty minutes!

BTW - We're looking at a move to Sioux Falls.
