1. Yes, stay home. Your co-workers will thank you.
Hope you feel better soon!

2. I envy all you people who can just take sick days...
I work at a small company, and I like my job and I like my boss...but if I'm out it causes a kink in the system and I know that.

Taking a sick day is a last resort. I don't even bother taking off when I'm sick, I save them all for when my kid is sick.

:nopity:

But to directly answer...yes, you should take off, since you can (and you really are sick).

6. No, I don't like taking them per se...
I always feel guilty(?) even though I may sometimes be so dizzy I can't lift my head off the pillow. (like when I had the flu)

I think I may just have a cold, the sore throat, low energy, fever, etc. We'll see if it gets better. :)

3. That's as good an excuse as any
On this evenings local news they had a list of absentee excuses submitted by employers (Yes this qualifies as news around here :-))
Anyway:

1)The ghosts in my house kept me up all night.

2)My son feel asleep by some drying cement and his foot got stuck in it.

And my fav...

3)I'm too drunk to drive, can someone pick me up?

So in my humble opinion, no energy should be fine. But get some sleep! :-)
