The moon, the big beautiful moon!

This morning I was on the bus into work before the sun came up and in the blueing clear sky hung the full moon big as big as a pizza pie over the vineyards where the trucks full of bins were waiting for harvest. It was a Kodak moment, just beautiful and I wanted to be there in the field until the moon set. I love mornings like this!

Big ol' full moon, hangin' like a dinner plate high in the sky over Lago Maggiore. 5. It looked quite nice yesterday evening...

as we were driving home, I was treated to a gorgeous pink, orange and blue sunset on my left, and the beautiful, luminous moon on my right. I, too, found myself wishing for a camera. I love living out in the country!

7. I saw it here too - driving to work from Southern Maryland.

hanging over stands of trees (that used to be forests :grr:) and corn fields.
