... for King's Cross (an area of London, a HUGE railway terminus/interchange and very close to the recent bombings - as someone else pointed out).
Could be that someone has just read the "X" and used it literally, rather than translating (as every Briton does) the "X" into the word Cross.
Rather long-winded answer, sorry...
