What was your most irate email? F**K CIRCUIT CITY
Edited on Sun Jul-27-03 05:17 PM by neomonkey
Well today I had occassion to write mine to Circuit City:

May I just say you guys suck.

What can and should be more simple than ordering a computer online and being able to jump in my car while I go and go to pick it up within half a day?

But no. It doesn't work that way. You guys seemed to have taken a hyper lesson from Sam Walton in stocking "as needed." The only reason I am trying to do this online is because every damn time I go to a store the idiotic sales rep has to punch up numbers in the computer to figure out WHERE exactly I can get the item I came to buy. "oh let's see, well city x doesn't have the monitor, but city y does, but you might have to get the tower from city d, oops, sorry city d doesn't have it, ok, you might have to try city m because they have it..."

Bottom line is, by the time I buy a goddamned computer I have driven all over souther California. Is this another cruel George W. Bush joke????

Whatever the case, I thought online might be better and what BS do I get? I can't get an item online, I can't pick it up, it's not available, all without the charms of the pretty young girls in the store. You guys suck.

Thank you

I do not deal with them any more. I will not go into details but my experience with them was bad.

2. Emailed A response to a letter to the Editor
On the night that my mother in Law died. I came home and read a letter to the Editor about how much the Post Office sucked. Frankly the three major points of his letters were absolute lies (if he were a republican im sure he would have said "misspoke" anyhoo. I fired off a letter that hit right on the mark. As a matter of fact the District Manager called me at work to say Job well done. As a note as soon as he could (two weeks) he fired off a letter saying that he hated to "insult the son-in-law of a friend". Hilarious, he was neither a friend of my father in law. The truth be known my father in law died 10 days after my mother in law. AND the same day that his letter appeared we held his funeral and he wasnt there for anything. How people can just lie about something like that is evil but just goes to show you how far people go. The email letter to editor was written and that was that.
