what little things get you through the day?
for me it's my morning routine of coffee, cigarettes and 'the price is right.' seeing my best friend and a smile from the cute guy at work. the way my kitties greet me when i get home.

i try to have something i look forward to each day. it's usually little things, but they make my day brighter.

what about you guys?

7. Tummy Rubs, a fresh chewey pigs ear and an evening walk
She doesn't care what I look like or what I may smell like...(speaking of which she needs a bath), ...she doesn't care where I've been or how my day went... she only cares for what I feed her, those brief moments I pay attention to her and our daily walk. These are the things which get her through her day.

She is my pet pitbull Karma! ::):

Karma gets me through each day...

33. Probably neither
But you will live near or below the poverty line and get more disrespect than you can imagine.

(I'm talking newspaper journalism. Not sure which area you plan to enter.)

34. Okay, I'll make you a deal.
I'll try being a journalist. If, after ten years of this, no multinational corporation has made an attempt on my life, I will know that I have failed to threaten them enough, and I will quit and become a chef at a five star restaurant instead. But beware! You will lose this bet, for I am a truthspeaker and a Goddamn Hippie.

10. the coffee, the morning paper, the beast in my pic squeaking for food
he only squeaks when i come downstairs, mind you he's my daughters pet but i'm the giver of food and treats. Waking my kid up and hearing "5 more minutes Mom please" and then driving her school listening to Stephanie Miller and the 2 of us chuckling all the way. Every day when we get to school we have this routine "Alright get out and have a good day!!!" "Fine maybe i will!" "Love you" "Love you back"

26. The occasional sight of a cute baby.
Even when they are often sick, like they are in the winter. Lately, I have found that there are few things cuter than the sound of a baby snuffling.
