I just shook the bottle over a batch of popcorn.

I also put it on eggs, pizza, chili, tacos, fajitas, hash, home fries, french fries....

Back when I was living in Tacoma, WA there was a gas station I'd buy chicken strips at all the time, they'd always give me a handful of taco sauce packets to go with.

20. There's still room at the table for Tabasco
Granted, there are wonderful hot sauces out there, and I have used a lot of them, but Tabasco is simple and doesn't overpower some delicate flavors. Mild heat, fermented peppers, and vinegar; sometimes simple is good.

37. I have a friend who has a holster on his belt where he carries his Tabasco everywhere.
He won't leave home without it. I think after chewing tobacco for nearly 40 years it is the only way he can taste his food. Personally, I can't stand the smell of the stuff.

38. damn nearly everything-- tabasco is the ONE TRUE HOT SAUCE....
Some are hotter, some are thinner, some are thicker, some are smokier. There is tremendous variety among the pretenders, and that's a good thing. But there's only One True Hot Sauce, and it comes in the skinny bottle from Avery Island.

40. I don't like to put it on stuff, since it can easily overpower the other flavors that way.
It is a terrific ingredient in lots of things though.
