Two glasses of wine and I have a headache |
|
I am such a lightweight.
(actually the headache probably existed before the wine- it only made it worse).

2. Zero glasses of wine, and I have a headache. It was caused by |

a battle I had earlier today with one of my creditors. I haven't been that angry in a very long time. Now my head hurts.

3. Maybe you're allergic to sulfites... |
|
Try eating something with a high sulfite content...like dried apricots...to see if you get a headache.

4. That might be true but it doesn't always happen when I drink wine |
|
And every bottle of wine, red or white, is usually labeled that it contains sulfites. I am not sure what they are, if it is a natural by-product or if it is added as a preservative or something.

6. Grapes contain sulfites... |
|
But in varying amounts. Winemakers add additional sulfites to keep the wine from turning into vinegar. Dried apricots contain a lot more sulfites than wine...about 10 times as many. It could be that you're sensitive to wines with very high sulfite content...
