Malta Blue needed a new home for Sapa summer before last, and he's been living here since. My kids refer to him as the cat Mom got off the internet.

6. We don't allow him any cigars. That may explain why he sits in

his basket and glowers at us.

In the summer, he goes out the front door, checks things out, then meows to come back in the side door. No kitty door for him, only the proper people door!

Thats what it sounds like...I have a polar opposite a cat who thinks I am a giant furless cat..Yes, I just love having you pounce on me and scratch at me and chew on me just like you do to your sister...Even her sister gives her the "what is your problem" look from time to time....

11. He really fills a niche here. Our old gentlemen, Smoky Joe and Murgatroid

died a few years back. Frodo was raised by her mother, so she won't sit in our laps. MaryJane will play with us, but she is a bitey cat. You'll be petting her while watching tv and she'll take your hand with a claw or her mouth. Sapa sneaks in to sit on your lap without you noticing.

Stealth kitties! Those are the best. :D

Neo does that, although not always. Sometimes he pushes stuff out of his way (like my laptop or dinner) in order to have his Rightful Seat and becomes quite annoyed if any attempt is made to thwart him.

Doesn't it freak you out, though, sometimes? You look down and there's this fairly large creature sitting on you and you don't remember it happening. :scared: :rofl:
