These pieces of dried, often sugar coated slices of banana, are sold as snacks for human consumption.
Knowing that, waddle through the parrot or gerbil food lanes in a pet store. They sell banana chips too.
And, no, "banana chips" is not a euphemism of the droppings left behind by a banana.
But I digress.
Are the banana chips sold for humans the same as those sold to our precious semi-feral pets? 10,000 ingredients lists cannot be wrong.
Or can they?
