Speaking of 'interesting' names. |
|
Were we? Oh, yes, I digress.
At the eye doctor's Friday, there was a woman who came in and when asked if she could be helped stated her name as 'Kitten'. Series. I had to do a double take.
I thought that was a very odd name for a middle aged woman, given that it was more than likely not a nickname because she was in a doctor's office.
I am well aware that some people will think that my kids have weird names, but I have never heard Kitten as a name before and I thought it was a bit strange.
Apologies in advance if this seems judgmental, I am just musing.

4. There's a boy in my son's class named Three-In-One. |
|
He came by one day selling Boy Scout popcorn and I asked if I could get three for one. He was not amused. Nor was my son.

6. Could she have said "Kitty?" |
|
I have heard Kitty as a nickname many times. I actually knew a grown woman with that name. If it really was Kitten, I never heard that either.
