"I'm sorry I didn't mean to interrupt anyone" |
|
I recently heard someone say that when they were interrupted. I had a girlfriend do that sometimes when she was being a smartass. But I recently heard someone seriously say that on a conference call when they were interrupted. Ok, we all know it was you who was interrupted so why pretend that you were interrupting someone else? Its sooooo aggravatingly passive aggressive, snide, and obnoxious.
I've decided its my new pet peeve. ugh

1. Why would one apologize for not meaning to interrupt someone? |
|
Seems that's pretty good etiquette form, not meaning to interrupt.
