Any Guitar Hero (any version) fans here?

I think this game was made with me in mind.

I'll admit that it is mindless entertainment, but it is simply fun.

Plus, as a music lover, it has introduced me to many songs I would have never heard before.

Currently, I am pretty decent at medium level. I have tried expert level and I am convinced that I will never be able to devote enough time and energy to ever be able to tackle that beast.

But like I said before, it is fun.

1. My kids have II and III

They like it alot. My five year old can already play with the guitar behind his head. I don't like that my five year old will talk about the song "Talk Dirty to Me."

2. Mine too - and Rock Band, which they like even better.

My 11-year-old is sooooooo into 70's & 80's music right now.

I stick to hard. Expert can be pretty brutal.

4. I love it, but I suck

I just graduated to medium - I can do some songs very well and fail on others. I don't think I'll ever be able to handle hard, mostly because my hands are too small to do the orange tab without losing my hand-eye coordination.

Have you managed to beat "Through the Fire and the Flames" on any level above easy? That song is a beast.

5. My kid got III for Christmas.

The new wore off just as I was contemplating breaking the friggin guitar. I heard "Slow Ride" so many times, I thought I'd :puke:

It looks like fun, though.
