What's for dinner?
I'm having cornbread-coated starfish with sauteed foie gras and grape sauce, roasted persimmon duck with a side of gazpacho. Chevre-stuffed lamb and spring green rissotto, spinach-alfredo baked pasta and steamed clams with saffron sauce. Baked Alaska for dessert.

Don't you envy me? What're you having? :9

I will probably pan sear some sashimi grade tuna I picked up at the fish market, while buying food for saltwater fish(irony), served over some fresh greens and a ginger dressing..My turn to cook, my wife loves sushi. I love the cook time.

Then continue drinking beer.
