3. Actually, the ones I sent him are gluten free.
I'm trying not to use a lot of wheat, because it takes so much water.

It's too bad they can't ship the cakes. They make amazing cakes. But the cinnamon rolls and scones are really, really good.

There are a few vegan bakeries here in NYC, but I have to find a way to haul stuff home from Manhattan or Brooklyn. :(

I'm ordering some Cinnamon Buns and Pumpkin Spice Waffles. :7
