My computer keeps rebooting about once an hour. |
|
I think I KNOW what the problem is- most likely it's the two 1gb memory chips I added yesterday.
I should probably put the old chips back in, but this one is a real bear to move- it's got one of those really heavy and well-built old server cases, and besides, I'm WAY too lazy to do it tonight.
I have four other computers I can use anyway....

So...
What are you looking for?
Advice?
Sympathy?
Companionship?
How about a hug?
Why did you put those memory chips in? Well, I mean, besides getting more memory!
Did you think you were going to have a problem?

2. I just like to whine about my problems- exactly like every one else! |

A sympathetic hand on the shoulder wouldn't be shrugged off...
I picked up some memory for a client, and as it was on sale for twenty five bucks each, I picked up a couple for myself. They're matched chips- there shouldn't BE any problems, unless one of 'em is defective. It happens.
