There is something to be said for getting brand name meds when you can |

I picked up a metered dose inhaler for my daughter (Needed a new MDI controller). Because this particular inhaler is not available as a generic, I got brand.
This inhaler actually has a counter on it that will count down the doses as they are used.

...that some generics are not exact copies of their name counterparts, but rather mirror-images, molecularly speaking (similar to the difference in your right and left hands).
And, it was only one doctor that said this (my own internist), and she was referring to one particular drug.
