Let's settle this once and for all: Which is the greatest state in the Delmarva conglomeration?
Is it:

1. Virginia, with its powerful toilets?

2. Delaware, with its multitude of toll booths?

or

3. Maryland, with the greatest surprise baseball team of all time that is destined for the World Series this year?

The Maryland NFL team to be proud of plays 35 miles north!

He kind of looks like Eli Manning. I did hear Eli had an older brother who played football, but he had to quit because of a spinal injury. What's up with that?

Maybe a carpetbagger, but not a traitor. I don't root for Duke except when the play North Carolina. Otherwise it's The Ohio State University!1!!

BTW, I rooted for the Cowboys when I lived just outside of the New York City area and also in Ohio. I still root for Pittsburgh in baseball, but that was because the Reds' fans at that time were all Pete Rose clones and annoying as hell!

Basically, it was a free trip, and it got a headhunter off my back.

But no, I'd never move to Philly! Heck, I'd move to Delaware, if LynneSin let me in! Hey I even lived in NJ for a year. SUCKED BIG TIME!! My car got stolen and my cat ran away, all on the first night there.

was that I met my wife and started dating. Though technically it was through a close friend in CT and she lived in CT. I ended up moving back to CT with her.

BTW, I lived in South Orange a block from the train station. But you drive two miles north you could find a cornocopia of drug dealers hanging out!

That one's from Barney circa 1993. Oh, the humanity. My brain will never be clean again.

Like pepperoni rolls, for instance. There is no such thing as a "civilized" place if pepperoni rolls are not handily available in every convenience store and quick-stop.

Pepperoni rolls are yuuuummy homemade bread dough filled with pepperoni, cheese, sweetness, and light--then baked until the dough is done. Hot Pockets are nasty, gluey, cardboardy things that I wouldn't feed my dog.

Also, fireworks were illegal (save for sparklers and snap-its) in Virginia when I lived there five years ago. Did something change?

stop people from crossing into Powhatan to buy them.

The police really don't bother with the fireworks that much. I don't really mind them, but my dog HATES them, so that part sucks.

When I lived in Rockingham County, every little township had its "lawn party" in the summer. Basically a community carnival, just with that odd name. I've always wondered if it was just a Shenandoah Valley thing, or if they happen statewide.

At 1:17 could you imagine him saying "For Delaware" or "For Maryland"? Never!

He could say "For Pennsylvania!" but that's not one of the options here.
