Poll question: L O S T deathwatch 2008: Who dies in tonight's season finale? |
|
Edited on Thu May-29-08 10:51 AM by charlie and algernon
We know Jack, Kate, Sayid, Hurley, Sun, Ben, and Aaron survive the likely battle to end all battles tonight, but who dies in Lost-Season-Finale-during-sweeps fashion. I couldn't bear to put Rose in the poll because I don't think (hope) the producers have the guts to pull that off.

He's so protective of Sun and the baby that there's no way he'd let them leave without him. Who knows, though...

3. i figure Keamy is as good as dead |
|
I can't see them making Keamy a regular character next season unless he rules the island as a dictator while Jack and the Oceanic 6 are away.

6. yeah, though we don't know if he's actually buried there |
|
it may have been put there after the plane crashed and everyone declared dead. but yeah, I kinda think Desomd, Michael, and Jin all could bite it tonight.

I thought Sun's behavior at the gravesite was genuine, but maybe she only missed him, and he's still on the island? But... his being on the boat makes me think bad things.

9. it'd be nice if they could find away back to the island from the boat |
|
but i fear we'll see the oceanic 6 fly away as the frieghter explodes in the background. Cue credits.
then we get all summer wondering if everyone on the boat died.

That sounds like a pretty good hypothesis right there.

11. I disagree with the Desmond prediction. |
|
I think he'll somehow factor into the Ben vs. Widmore final showdown. Since Des & Sayid have become closer in recent episodes, and future Sayid becomes Ben's hitman (who might possibly have to take out Penny), this could make for an interesting conflict.

12. that would be interesting |
|
it could even come down to desomd having to battle sayid to protect Penny and Sayid battleing with the notion of having to kill his friend or risk Ben's backlash.

I wouldn't put it past the producers on this wacky yet addictive show, though.

16. idk, but those explosives leave it open for many possibilities |
|
all three could die or any one of them could sacrifice themselves so that the others could live.
Michael wants redemption and pennance for killing Ana Lucia and the other girl... Desmond finally got to tell Penny he loves her, so know he can die in peace... Jin wants to protect Sun and his baby...

|
are Adam and Eve from season 1. Some time loop crazy ass thing makes it possible. It is either them or Jack/Sawyer and Kate. Producers said there is something from early season one that will show that they had it all planned from the beginning. I am sure in my own mind that it is Adam and Eve.

He's so bizarre, but I actually felt bad for him when Keamy shot his daughter.
I think he and Locke are going to turn out to somehow be related.

17. It will not be Jin. Sun's press conference was too controlled. |
|
I know she was "in shock", but to lie about everything including your husband's death which would have JUST happened? Too much.
I think she considers Jin unrecoverable from the island somehow and thus "dead".

saving Sun and the baby, if he dies. That ties in the redemption you note as well as the "relationship" between he and Sun first season.

I think we will not know whether Jin dies or not, but it will look like he does. I think Michael will die for sure. I think its either Desmond or Locke in the coffin, nad if its Desmond I will go batshit crazy, so I am hoping its Locke. Keamy gets offed by Ben, but that causes the boat to blow up and kills a few people. I hope Desmond gets back to see Penny.

Neither Jack nor Kate seem to like whoever is in that coffin and as of now, Desmond hasn't done anything to warrant either of them hating him.

I hate when characters I've followed and like, die. It just seems to happen every season finale. The West wing did it too, having someone die or get shot at every season even though it's a political show.
