would you be?
i was a judge, and so f'ing tired. he was supposed to hook up with a guy who had a ticket for me. meaning he is sitting in a bar, eating a nice meal, and drinking beer.
first he pulled his favorite trick- if there is somewhere i want us to go, he is likely to be a party pooper at the last possible minute. so, just when the guy was supposed to show up, i get a whiny phone call about how big the crowd is and how long the line is. no duh. but i am exhausted, and accept that, and tell him to come on up, we'll go to the local party. 1/2 hour later, i call and he is still sitting in the bar. the guy with the ticket shows up, but he cannot seem to connect with him. even though they have cellphones that are working fine in spite of the mob.
i do not want to go to the local party at this point, cuz everyone knows i was going to the biggie, and i don't want to explain.
so, everyone else is celebrating, and i am furious, and just driving around downtown, watching all the happy.
when i do come home, he has opened the bottle of champagne, and drunk half of it.
he has no idea why i would be pissed off. i have explained. he says he is very sorry. something with which i must agree.

is this grounds for divorce?

5. Oh I'd be pissed....
For a long time. I'm pissed FOR you now...especially since that sounds exactly like something my husband would do. It really sucks sometimes being married to such a party pooper so I definitely can relate.
