All you need is a bunch of cola to wash it down and some white bread to serve it over and you will have covered the four basic food groups!
I loved salisbury steak when I was a kid--especially the ones that came in the bags that you boiled.

They were great. Made them with baked potatos and vegies. They did cost more than the ones from aldi's but I know what's in 'em. mark
