19. No. Uff da! is the Scandinavian equivalent to the German "Ach!".
It helps to have grown up in Iowa. In Eastern Iowa, it's "Ach!". In Western Iowa, it's "Uff da!".

6. Uff Da can be used in many ways
Like after a long day's hard work - it expresses exhaustion

It can express surprise, dismay, even glee.

It is much like the yiddish Oy Vey.

8. How does one pronounce it?
Does "uff" rhyme with "up" or "oops"? Or perhaps the 'u' is supposed to have an umlaut, so it'd be kinda like "ew" or "oeuf." And is the accent on "uff" or "da"? And is the space between them distinct or do they sorta flow together?

These are things we gotta know.
