I. Can't. Wake. Up.
Terrible night's sleep last night. I must've never had any deep sleep, no REM sleep, etc. I'm nodding off at my desk.

I have coffee. I have a balance bar in my bag, but I had breakfast three hours ago and it's too early for a snack. Should I eat it anyway?

Any advice?

1. Buy a Vespa
Ride it to work in the morning.

You'll be too cold to be tired and too scared from dodging East Coast traffic to eat.

2. Can you go outside in the fresh air and take a brisk, few minute
walk? That usually helps me.
