Who is (still) Hip? Post your last concert!
NYE, Phil Lesh and Friends, RatDog (Bob Weir), Jackie Greene at the Bill Graham Civic Center. Pretty decent show. Big all star jam at the end.

16. Thackery is one of my favorite active bluesmen.
I was fortunate to see him at the John Lee Hooker's Boom Boom Room in San Francisco. Sat about fifteen feet from the stage.

We covered a few of his tunes in the last band I was in, and I sang "I can tell".

Last actual concert was Hot Tuna last spring. Since I know half the musicians in Austin, I can always find a jam session at somebody's house.
