4 tops. One thing you could do is make sure the battery is securely fastened down, otherwise the vibration could do it in. Another thing would be if your regulator is shot, and the electrical system is over charging it. Beyond that, I can't think of anything else.

5. Bad alternator, bad connection between battery and alternator |

(which could be a bad cable or poor connection at the battery or ground), consistently low water levels in the cells, consistently poor water quality in the cells, leaking battery case, temperature extremes...
