Today three little kittens about 3 months old were eating at the cat bowl on the deck.
They ran off as soon as they saw me.

Two were orange and one was a gray with a little orange.

I don't know if mama cat was around but the kittens can eat on their own.

Now I have to get a trap and catch them and take them to my Aunt's farm so they can be barn cats.

I wish people would take care of their pets.

2. The babies ran under the house.
They were really eating, maybe something happened to Mom or Mom left them.

They will have a good life on the farm.

3. If you can trap them see if you can get them spayed or neutered
They will be just as good barn cats and not produce more kitties than the territory can support.

4. Awww... I hope you can catch them safely.
:)

I wish more people would take better care of their cats, and pitch in to help take care of strays. You're being very, very good to those kittens and they don't even know it yet.

5. How do you trap them?
I've never had to think about trapping a cat. I'm curious how it would be done.

8. I wonder if they're still young enough to
I know there's a point when feral kittens become set in their wild ways and won't ever go near humans or trust them. Maybe if you can catch them now, pick them up, pet them, etc., they'll have a chance at a good life through adoption.

9. My rescue kitten Hurricane Ike is a house cat now and he was feral.
He likes to be held and and can out purr any cat on the planet.

The kittens are to young to go to the farm yet, but I will try to save them.

If not my Aunt's barn cats have a very good life.

A nice big hay barn and lots of land to explore.

They will visit the Vet.
